چکیده
Background: Fetal lung maturity is one of the huge dilemmas since a long time ago. Timing delivery crucial for safe fetal verification pulmonary diminishes respiratory morbidity possibility. Recently Pulmonary artery indices have been used to predict possibility RDS especially in early term. Together with humeral ossification center which has remarkable value estimation term gestation, both them can help prediction maturity. Aim Work: utilizing PHE Doppler accurate distress syndrome. The use gestation. Patients and Methods: Our study included 115 uncomplicated singleton pregnant women gestational age between 37 40 weeks patients from Al-Azhar University Ob/Gyn hospitals during period November 2019 October 2020. ultrasound scans were done inside 24 hours interval before Cesarean section. After delivery, neonatal APGAR score at 1, 5 minutes, diagnosis RDS, any NICU admission recorded respectively. Results: RI had statistically significant diagnostic performance predicting distress. ≤1.95 highest characteristics Among Artery Doppler, ≥0.79 characteristics. Conclusion: R.I could combination (sum) predicted better than using alone. Presence confirms

Vaginal Versus Sublingual Misoprostol for Labor Induction at Term and Post Term: a Randomized Prospective Study
We want to compare the efficacy and safety of vaginal versus sublingual misoprostol for cervical ripening and induction of labor. This randomized clinical trial was performed on 140 women with medical or obstetric indications for labor induction. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: vaginal and sublingual administration of misoprostol. In first group, 25 µg misoprostol was placed...

متن کاملLong term trigger ventilation in neonatal respiratory distress syndrome.
Experience of using an SLE 2000 neonatal trigger ventilator as the sole means of ventilation in 68 infants with respiratory distress syndrome was reviewed. No death or complication was seen in 22 infants with a birth weight above 1500 g. Forty five infants under 1500 g birth weight including 18 infants between 23 and 28 weeks' gestation were trigger ventilated throughout. Six infants died, four...
متن کاملEfficacy study of pulmonary surfactant combined with assisted ventilation for acute respiratory distress syndrome management of term neonates
The clinical efficacy of pulmonary surfactant (PS) combined with assisted ventilation was assessed for acute respiratory distress syndrome (RDS) management of term neonates. The total sample size was of 60 subjects. Group I: Experimental group, 30 cases were treated with standard of care with tracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation and PS (100-200 mg/kg). In case of hypoxaemia present even ...
متن کاملIn Vitro Maturation of Oocytes in Women at Risk of Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome-A Prospective Multicenter Cohort Study
Objective In vitro maturation (IVM) is an artificial reproductive technology in which immature oocytes are harvested from the ovaries and subsequently matured in vitro. IVM does not require ovarian hyperstimulation and thus the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) is avoided. In this multicenter prospective cohort study we assessed the live birth rate per initiated in vitro maturati...
